This project involved assisting with an EPDM flat roof installation on an older structure requiring careful integration with the existing roof system. Our team installed new ISO insulation board to create a smooth, stable substrate before applying the EPDM rubber roofing system. The installation required detailed tie-ins to the existing roof and precise work around existing deck posts, ensuring proper flashing and long-term water resistance. The project was completed successfully, and the customer was very satisfied with the final result.
