This complete roof replacement was completed to prepare the home for a future solar panel installation. The new roofing system features GAF architectural asphalt shingles in Pewter Gray, delivering long-term durability and a clean, modern appearance. The project included the installation of six new VELUX skylights with solar-powered shades, along with high-temperature ice and water shield installed in all designated solar mounting areas for added protection. The roof installation was completed in just one day. After the solar layout was finalized, our team returned to install a solar attic vent to release warm air from the unfinished attic and improve overall ventilation.
