This project involved a half-roof replacement on a townhouse in preparation for an upcoming solar panel installation. The existing roof deck consisted of barn board, which required reinforcement, so our team installed new plywood decking to create a secure, code-compliant surface for solar mounting. Due to the tight quarters typical of townhouse construction, extra precautions were taken to protect both the homeowner’s property and neighboring units throughout the installation. The entire project was completed in one day, leaving the space clean and undisturbed. The customer was extremely pleased with the results and the professionalism of the crew.
