This project involves the complete custom build of an accessory dwelling unit (ADU), featuring the demolition of the existing garage and a full rebuild to support a custom vaulted in-law suite above. The structure is being constructed using engineered beams for structural integrity and open-span design, along with ZIP System® sheathing for advanced air and moisture control. Exterior finishes include LP SmartSide® engineered wood siding, custom PVC trim, and Harvey® energy-efficient windows. The project is currently underway and will include a fully customized interior and exterior, with completion anticipated in late spring.
