This project involved a complete roof replacement after inspection revealed water staining and areas of roof deck rot. To ensure long-term performance and structural integrity, the existing decking was removed and replaced with a completely new plywood roof deck prior to installing the new roofing system. The project was completed with new gutter installation to improve water management and help prevent future moisture-related issues. The result is a fully restored, durable roofing system built for long-term protection.
