Working with Tyler and the Shield Pro Roofing team was such a refreshing, professional experience. I called him, told him my roof issue, and he worked through my insurance company on my behalf while I had to do almost nothing. If you have a possible insurance claim, I very highly recommend calling Shield Pro Roofing. If you want a new roof or roof repair without working with your insurance company, I still highly recommend them. Their rates will still be affordable and the quality is excellent. Five stars all around!

Very prompt and professional. Tyler came out shortly after we contacted him. He worked diligently with our insurance company to get their approval to pay our claim. The work (roof) was scheduled very quickly and completed in under a day. Workers were prompt and courteous. Did find some nails but Tyler offered to send the crew back for a second cleanup and cover any tire damages (although we did not have any). Also he was very patient working with our insurance company waiting for checks and payment. Great experience and would highly recommend Shield Pro Roofing. Close personal friends had similar great experience as us which is why we contacted them.

Tyler at Shield Pro Roofing was wonderful to work with always keeping me updated on my roof replacement insurance claim. I'am very happy with my new shingled roof & the excellent service I received from Tyler and the Shield Pro workers. The hard working crew did a great job & when they were done left my yard very clean. I highly recommend Shield Pro Roofing !
