I paid for a deep cleaning, but it felt like they just did a quick wipe-down. The kitchen counters were still sticky, the bathroom had water spots on the mirror, and the floors weren’t mopped properly. I had to redo most of the work myself. I tried to contact them for a follow-up, but they never responded. Very unprofessional.

I had high hopes, but this cleaning service was a complete letdown. The cleaner arrived 30 minutes late without any notice and seemed rushed the entire time. They skipped dusting shelves and didn’t even wipe down the kitchen counters properly. When I pointed it out, they gave a half-hearted attempt to fix it. Definitely not worth the price.

I recently had surgery and was looking for a cleaning company to get my home ready for my return. It was very short notice yet Sophia’s Cleaning was able to squeeze my home in just on time!! Lineth came to my home and did an amazing job for my return!! I have 2 dogs and she made sure my room and rugs were especially cleaned and free of their hair!! I am so thankful for you!! I will use them more often and recommend them to family and friends!!! Thank you so much!!!
