Blake was very professional and communicated to me his findings of my a/c unit. They also followed with detailed emails to me.

Southern Values always does a superb job! They have worked us in to the schedule in a timely manner, they fix anything with issues and answer all questions!! The owner and associates have great customer service skills and do a fantastic job! I highly recommend!

I have been using Southern Values Cooling and Heating for years! I like how you can call them and they answer right away or call you back quickly. Blake was my service guy today and he did a thorough checkup. He gave me options on my older AC unit to extend it's life. Which I really appreciate. Who wouldn't want to get a few more AC years. The work they do is top notch. When I do need to get a new AC I will use them because they are trust worthy.
