We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Prescott Valley. Our team stripped the existing roofing materials to ensure a clean surface for the new installation. We then applied a high-performance blue synthetic underlayment across the entire roof deck to provide an extra layer of moisture protection. We installed new brown architectural asphalt shingles, selecting a multi-tonal color that complemented the home's beige stucco exterior and stone veneer accents. The project included the installation of several box vents, new plumbing vent boots, and specialized ridge cap shingles to ensure proper attic ventilation. We also carefully flashed the stucco chimney to ensure long-term durability and weather resistance against the desert elements.
