We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Prescott Valley. Our team removed the weathered asphalt shingles and prepared the roof deck with TopShield SG-30 synthetic underlayment for enhanced moisture protection. We also addressed visible wear by replacing damaged 1x6 fascia boards and ensuring all roof eaves were properly sealed. For the final installation, we used GAF Timberline HDZ Shakewood architectural shingles in a multi-tonal brown and tan finish. We integrated new ridge vent to optimize attic ventilation and updated all plumbing vent boots and flashings to ensure long-term durability. The completed project provides a watertight seal and a refreshed appearance that complements the local desert landscape.
