Residential Roofing Installation with Architectural Shingles and Turret Detail
We completed a full residential roofing installation for this multi-faceted home in Prescott Valley. The project began with a comprehensive tear-off of the aged asphalt shingles to prepare the deck for a more durable system. We paid specific attention to the complex architectural features, including a circular turret and the various intersections between the roofline and the stucco exterior. For the new installation, we utilized TopShield SG-30 synthetic underlayment and high-quality Malarkey Vista "Heather" architectural shingles. Every roof vent, including T-tops and plumbing boots, was replaced and resealed to guarantee long-term weather resistance. The finished roof offers a clean, updated aesthetic while providing enhanced protection against the regional elements.
