We performed a comprehensive mechanical repair on a GE Monogram built-in refrigerator in Windermere. Our team accessed the upper mechanical compartment to diagnose cooling issues and inspect the core cooling components. We focused on evaluating the compressor, copper heat exchange coils, and electrical wiring to ensure the unit regained proper temperature regulation. During the service, we identified and replaced a failing exhaust fan assembly and motor to restore necessary airflow across the condenser. We also addressed surface oxidation on the internal base and secured all refrigerant lines and electrical conduits with new hardware. This targeted maintenance restored the side-by-side unit to peak efficiency while ensuring the surrounding cabinetry remained protected.
