We completed a comprehensive residential roofing installation for this single-story home in Prescott Valley. Our crew removed the existing roofing materials down to the deck to ensure a clean surface for the new system. We installed TopShield SG-30 synthetic underlayment across the entire roof deck to provide a superior moisture barrier before laying the shingles. For the final layer, we Malarkey Vista Sienna Blend class 4 asphalt shingles, providing both durability and a refreshed aesthetic. We carefully integrated the new roofing in to the rooftop HVAC unit and the stucco chimney to prevent leaks. The project also included the installation of new plumbing and Exhaust vents . This complete roofing system provides long-lasting protection against the Arizona elements.
