🌿✨ Darlene & Andrew’s Amazing Curb Appeal Transformation Some projects are more than just landscaping—they’re a conversion of curb appeal from the ground up. For Darlene & Andrew, Alejandro and the Texas Urban Team designed and delivered a complete solution that reshaped their flower beds, solved drainage challenges, and gave new life to the sideyard. 💡 From planning to execution, every step was tailored to build both beauty and functionality: 🌸 Flower Beds, Reinvented Demolition of old beds, plants, and mulch. Fresh soil preparation, weed protection, and a brand-new retainer wall built with hand-cut stone and decorative caps. Carefully selected plants and garden mix to ensure health and visual harmony. 💧 Drainage & Irrigation Upgrades Outdated corrugated pipes replaced with PVC drainage lines to carry water safely away from the foundation. New irrigation system combining drip lines and sprinklers—watering plants while keeping the house walls protected. Sideyard drainage extended with catch basins and PVC piping to prevent water pooling and foundation stress. 🚶 Functional Sideyard with Walkway & Trash Area Graded and leveled sideyard to manage runoff. Installed a modern gravel and paver walkway for easy access. Built a firm and tidy concrete-paver pad for trash containers—making the space both practical and polished. 🛠️ Stonework & Craftsmanship Every stone in the retainer wall was cut, set, and secured by the team of handcrafters, ensuring a durable build that doubles as a design statement. ✅ Outcome: Darlene & Andrew’s property now has better drainage, a clean and organized sideyard, and elegant new flower beds—all designed for long-term durability and lasting beauty. 📢 Before hiring anyone, review our portfolio. Our work speaks louder than words—each project is a blend of function, protection, and design crafted to last.
